How to Enrol at Fort Street Public School
Please fill out the application form. You can email post, fax or deliver it to the school in person. The school also needs to see:
- birth certificate
- immunisation certificates
- proof of address
- proof of residency
Temporary Visa Holders also need to fill out the: Temporary Visa Holders Applying to Enrol in aTemporary Visa Holders Applying to Enrol in a NSW Government School Application Form
